Natalia Ruiz Lara, a junior at UNLV, won the women's open 5-kilometer race in 17:02.2 at the UC Riverside Cross Country Invitational at the Ag-Ops Course in Riverside, Calif. Ruiz Lara helped UNLV finish fourth with 150 points.
